CEO & Founder
Kendal is the person teams call when a project has no margin for error — and she knows that true success comes from collaborating at every level.
Before stepping into architectural fenestration, she sharpened her skills in the demanding world of entertainment production — where tight timelines, high expectations, and zero room for error were the norm.
With 20 years of proven experience in project and budget management, Kendal is known for delivering solutions with clarity, creativity, and calm under pressure. She has built long-standing relationships across every level of business: vendors, contractors, architects, GC partners, clients, and executives.
Clients trust her because she tells the truth, keeps her word, and brings a level of professionalism that raises the bar.
And yes — she’s also a lot of fun.
Carolina Aquino
Inside Sales
Born and raised on Cape Cod, Carolina went to school at Emerson college in Boston, then moved to LA to pursue a career in the entertainment industry, where she serendipitously worked alongside Kendal on many a project.
With 15 years managing bidding, budget, large-scale project management, and vendor relations, Kendal knew she had to snag Carolina and bring her skill set to our team!
Fun Facts about Carolina – she built her house from septic & foundation to finishes, and looks forward to building, buying and renovating more houses in the future.
Carolina can make a mean cocktail and is a hostess with the most-ess.
Lindsey Rowe Parker
Marketing Communications
Lindsey manages marketing and communications initiatives for a broad range of clients and industries - but she is a glass nerd at her core.
A former entertainment publicist, she relocated from Los Angeles to Virginia to work with Operation Smile, a dream come true. After 10 wonderful years in VA, she and her husband relocated with their growing family back to California.
Lindsey also served as the Marketing Chair for the Sacramento Chapter of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC).

Nathan Yelle
Outside Sales
Nathan brings a thoughtful, people-centered approach to his role. With a background in project management, he developed a strong understanding of the coordination and detail that keep construction projects moving. Over time, he realized that what energized him most wasn’t just the process—it was the people.
That realization led to his current client-facing role, where he blends his technical knowledge with his natural ability to connect.
Whether working with architects, contractors, or consultants, Nathan focuses on building relationships based on trust, clear communication, and follow-through.
Outside of work, Nathan makes the most of his time outdoors—golfing, hiking, surfing, and fishing whenever the weather allows. He also enjoys hanging out with friends and getting lost in history museums. Whether he’s catching a wave or diving into the past, Nathan brings the same curiosity and easygoing spirit to everything he does.
